Another great session with the 8th graders over at a local community center. This time our founder Luke brought experiments for room temperature lava lamp creation, dry ice dish soap bubble creation (bubbles filled with carbon dioxide from melting dry ice), and aluminum can implosion (with just some heat and ice cold water).
The biggest lesson learned today was not to put dry ice in your room temperature lava lamp and then close the top - then you end up wearing the lava lamp 😜
